By placing an order or using shop.45collectibles.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site.

2. About Us

45 Collectibles is an independent fan merchandise retailer based in Texas, selling patriotic memorabilia, collectibles, apparel, coins, and flags. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Donald J. Trump, the Trump Organization, or any campaign or political committee.

3. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or other circumstances, and will issue a full refund if we cancel.
• We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
• Sales tax is collected where required by applicable law.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Square. We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for the full order amount including applicable shipping and taxes. Your card data is handled exclusively by Square and is never stored on our servers.

5. Shipping

• Orders are fulfilled through our dropshipping partner and typically ship within 2–5 business days.
• Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
• You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Collectibles and limited-edition items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. For eligible apparel items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. 7. Intellectual Property

All original designs, graphics, copy, and branding on this Site are owned by 45 Collectibles or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from this Site without our prior written permission. Product images are provided for informational purposes; actual products may vary slightly from photographs.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit fraudulent orders or use stolen payment credentials.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without permission.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 45 Collectibles and its owners from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
